Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation and refund terms before booking.

1. Security Deposit Refund

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at the time of booking confirmation. This deposit will be refunded in full once the rented equipment is returned and verified to be in acceptable condition with no damage or missing items.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of equipment collection and verification, via the same payment method used for the deposit.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 24 hours before delivery: Full rental fee refund. Security deposit refunded in full.
  • Less than 24 hours before delivery: Rental fee may be forfeited. Security deposit refunded in full.
  • After delivery: No refund on rental fee. Security deposit refunded upon return and verification of equipment.

3. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed booking (due to equipment unavailability or other operational reasons), we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund of all amounts paid, including the rental fee and security deposit.

4. Damage Deductions

If the returned equipment shows significant damage beyond normal wear and tear, the cost of repair or replacement will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit before refund. We will inform you of the assessment and the deduction amount before processing the remaining refund.

5. Delivery Charge

The delivery charge of ₹500 is non-refundable once delivery has been made. If a booking is cancelled before delivery, the delivery charge will be refunded in full.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your booking ID, name, and reason for the refund request. Our team will review and process your request in accordance with this policy.
