Yes, the ₹5,000 security deposit is fully refundable. It will be returned to you after the equipment is collected back and verified to be in good condition with no damage or missing items.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required before delivery. Accepted documents include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or Passport.
We currently serve Raipur and nearby areas in Chhattisgarh. A delivery charge of ₹500 applies per delivery. Please mention your full address in the booking form and our team will confirm availability at your location.
Normal wear and tear during play is acceptable. In case of significant damage to the equipment, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit amount, the balance will be charged separately.
Yes, you can rent individual items such as a bat, pads, helmet, gloves, or other gear at separate prices as listed on our Pricing page. You are not required to rent a full kit.
Cricket balls are sold and not rented, as they are consumable items. They are priced at ₹700 per innings.
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us via phone or email. Refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for complete details.
Our Monthly Practice Kit is available at ₹3,000 per month and the Academy Rental Plan at ₹3,500 per month. These plans are suitable for regular players and cricket academies who need equipment available throughout the month.
After our team calls you to confirm your booking, a payment link will be sent to your registered email address. Payment can be made via UPI or online payment gateway.
Yes, rental extensions can be arranged by contacting us before the return date. Extended rental charges will apply based on the number of additional days or matches.
All our rental equipment is inspected before and after every rental. Equipment found to be unfit for use is removed from circulation. We maintain our gear to ensure it is safe and functional for players.
