A simple, transparent process from booking to returning. Here is everything you need to know before renting cricket gear from us.
Browse our Equipment page to see all available rental items and their prices. You can rent a complete kit or just individual items such as a bat, pads, or helmet. Check the Pricing page for full rate details including tournament packages and monthly plans.
Fill in the online booking form with your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, the items you need, and your preferred delivery and match dates. You will also be asked to confirm that you will provide a valid government-issued ID and to agree to our terms before submission.
After you submit the booking form, our team will call you on the mobile number you provided within 2-4 business hours to confirm your order and clarify any details. Once confirmed, a payment link will be sent to your registered email. Payment is accepted via UPI or online payment gateway. A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 and delivery charge of ₹500 will be added to your total.
On the scheduled delivery date, the equipment will be delivered to your address. After your match or event, the gear must be returned on the agreed return date. We will arrange collection. Once the equipment is verified to be in good condition, your security deposit will be refunded.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all rentals. This is verified before the equipment is handed over. Accepted documents include:
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at the time of booking confirmation. This deposit is fully returned after the equipment is received back in the same condition it was provided.
In case of significant damage to the equipment, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit. Normal wear and tear during play is acceptable.

Booking requests submitted outside working hours will be addressed on the next business day.
